There's a small trash icon in the building menu, on the top right. I'll move it inside of the building GUI
I'm going to work on a way to disable buildings so workers can be allocated elsewhere.
Not sure what happened with the max level capital, I'll check it out.

Finished the first island on the second run thanks to building a capitol next to a shitton of monuments and hitting it with lightning

and then another lib should be missing, just install that with
