Thanks for checking out the game! Honestly I'm not sure, I tried the built executable and it worked, but maybe it's due to an issue with synchronization (my level loader is multithreaded and is pretty jank). Sorry for all the issues, I kinda just slapdashed the game as it was. (I'll probably work on it after the jam is over, just in my own time)

Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into it, what happens if you run it under something like Proton Experimental? Do you get the same error?

Thank you for trying out my game! And sorry about the issues. From what I've been reading, sometimes the play button is inconsistent. If you don't mind me asking, what are your system specs? It may be an issue with timing since the level loader is multithreaded and I might've not synched something properly. (I can submit a patched version later today but I'll have to check with the jam organizers if that's alright)
