I appreciate the response, and am glad that you're addressing it! It shows that you're willing to improve!
Perhaps you shouldn't ignore negative criticism in small quantities, though. If it's unwarranted, or downright rude, then sure! But always be sure to look at what they're criticizing and see if you notice the problem at hand.

Very Poppy Playtime. Has potential, but the mascot is a little too reminiscent of Boxy Boo. There’s more that you can do with a Jack in the Box mascot than pretty much the exact body plan of Boxy Boo.
And the trope of “Character in center of room disappears, then comes out to get you” is overdone and is a very obvious sign of a Poppy clone.
I recommend doing more with the hide and seek minigame. It was intriguing, but ended almost immediately. I feel like it could easily show more of their playful personality if there were more interactions within that minigame.
I noticed the racist dolls too! I assumed it was unintentional, but given the plot of the game and some of his other very shock-value heavy works, I’m now unsure. And it’s a little telling that he hasn’t responded to you, but responded to several others within the same timeframe. It concerns me. I hope this creator isn’t controversial.
I’ve seen videos of your games before and generally do like them. I know big lips are a part of your style, and usually that’s charming. But for everyone’s sake, especially yours, I suggest you remove the lips from the hanging mannequins. As the huge lips on the black skin toned hanging mannequins unintentionally comes off as blackface. Which is something you definitely do not want.
If you want a positive comment about the game, I did enjoy the physics. They made me chuckle.
