Thank you so much! A little semi-spoiler about the full game: there will be disks that can be optionally retrieved along with the contract in each level of the main story, and those disks contain T3's lost memories. Very interesting stuff incoming, I'm really excited to keep writing! Thank you very much for playing!
Thank you! I agree that the levels are a bit slow and sluggish with all the sequential camera animations, it's something being changed and modulated for the full game, and a "skip player turn" button is definitely on the works. I wish I had thought of essential settings other than sound volume, like animation speed and such. Thank you so much for your feedback and for playing the game!
So close, 455/500! It's a great little upgrade game, I love it! I wish there was some way of knowing what stat(s) apply to each mission and how likely everyone is too succeed, kinda like in the Problems/Opportunities screen in the Kingdom Management of Pathfinder: Kingmaker, you know? That said, I think the concept of running a thieves' guild at the home of your distracted French-speaking grandma is so funny, I love the game!
I love how random the trap images are, and the banana sound effect startled me almost every time x')! Gameplay-wise, it's one of those games that starts out super difficult but you can master over time and get better and better at playing, and that's really satisfying and engaging. I love it, good job!
It's great, and I think it would be even better if there was a way to know if what you're doing is effective (am I actually stealing the key or am I just too far away? Maybe some visual or audio effect could denote that). The level reminds me a bit of Ratchet & Clank arena levels, and the music is so fun. I love it.
Thank you so much! Both music tracks are by Patricia Taxxon, from her studio album Xanthan Gun!
One flaw of the game is definitely that it hasn't been tested with a mouse enough, only with keyboard-only and controllers. As a result, some buttons have their mouse input eaten up by the layers on top. Sorry about that, it's definitely an accessibility blunder. Thank you for your time and attention!
Sorry to butt in a year later, you're right that it's not properly explained, but it's a lore reference and I feel like I should say this.
You cannot win against La Castanyera, only survive.
You survive by dodging the chestnuts because Marrameu Torra Castanyes died when a chestnut exploded on him (R.I.P. Marrameu Torra Castanyes) and you're supposed to cheat fate by evading what happened to him. But you can't do so forever, because, if La Castanyera wills it, you will always die in the end.
(La Castanyera is not murderous in Catalan lore, but Marrameu Torra Castanyes did die of chestnut explosion in the children's song, and it is theorised that Marrameu Torra Castanyes was actually La Castanyera's cat, which would mean La Castanyera is a neglectful cat owner. Despite this, La Castanyera is usually presented as a kind old lady in Catalan lore.)
It seems to have a critical glitch where once you complete the tutorial the pause button disappears and it just bricks, and the level selection doesn't seem to work either, but I love the design concept, it's giving Mini Mario from Mario vs DK, the graphics are cute, the audio is good, shame about the glitch. Thank you for this game.
It's a great game! I wasn't good at it, I got the buttons mixed up a lot and it took me a while to really internalise that colour slots always get filled from center to perimeter. I wish there was a way to restart the slots without having to fill all three and shoot the shape because I started the combination wrong so many times and my brain just bricked everytime that happened. Me being bad aside, the game is well done, it works, the music and SFX are amazing, the graphics are good and it's a very original concept. Thank you so much for this game, it's great.
I love the game! It feels amazing to hit that level 45 chain reaction. It works well, it has simple and consistent controls, it looks and sounds nice, it fits the theme, and it manages to create satisfying and responsive visuals with only polygons and lights. It's amazing, thank you so much for this game.
I love it. It's a bit Home Safety Hotline, but the setting is Pathologic-meets-Bloodborne, and I think it's great. It's well done, the controls are simple and easy point-and-click, the character designs are fierce, it fits the theme, the eerie music is perfect for ambiance and the coughing in the background really grounds it. I lost quite quickly every time but that's because I'm dumb so no shade. Thank you so much for this game.
