Well thats bullshit. First of all, the consumer can choose what they do and don't want to buy. If it's SO BAD that the credit card company doesn't want to fulfil the transaction it should be a case by case basis. Not to mention, this game is FREE (which thank you by the way, it's greatly appreciated). So how would the card companies limit FREE things??

in case anyone runs into this problem like I did, I finally figured out why the game was opening as a black screen. If you open the command window and it says it's running openGL, you have to force run it in vulkan for it to work.

I just tried downloading it on a different computer and it works fine. it still says "projectbrood (DEBUG)" but its working. It must be my other computer thats having the issue. Thanks for looking into it anyway! Have a good weekend and merry chirstmas.

Hey froggerest, I've got a question. I asked about the windows problem about two months ago, where it would display the godot logo then go to a black screen and the window would say "Project Brood (DEBUG)". I downloaded the new version (thanks for the updates! They look good) but I'm running into the same issue. I tried finding solutions and a lot of them kept saying to check .pck and .cfg files. And a lack of said files could mean it was packaged incorrectly or runs with its on pck file. I only see the EXE so I was wondering if maybe the files were packaged incorrectly? I also got the command prompt to say something and it mentioned a missing texture. I just clicked randomly on the black screen and the command manager all of a sudden said a texture was missing. Maybe this was the issue? I'd appreciate any help but if nothing can be done I can always use the web version. Thanks again!

Dunno if this is a me thing, but opening the game on windows just opens a black panel that says "Project Brood (DEBUG)". Is there a button or setting im missing?

This one showed a lot of potential and this plan looks phenomenal. Keep up the good work and don't burn yourself out!
