OMG this was so cool!!! I love the music and artstyle and just how much is implied with the changing layout of your room and the tiny descriptions of the pieces you collect. This is the first game I’ve tried from the doll+kigu jam and it’s setting a high bar ^^ I had a great time with this

<3 <3 This was really cool!

^^ It’s this one! https://www.reddit.com/r/Teratophiliacs/comments/1i243pj/absolutely_in_love_with_the_monsters_of_this_game/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

I found out about this game from an r/teratophiliacs post about the NPCs. This game is so cool. I love the intersection of the abrasive gray mundane world and the unbordered plasm of the forest and the witches. It’s a transgression, into a territory beyond the world we know, into night, into possibility. It feels novel and bold in a way I’ve almost never seen in fiction, and in a way that gets at a desire I’ve had in the back of my mind for a very long time. I’m really glad this game exists and that there are people out there trying to make art that gets at these ideas. I’ll definitely be going through the rest of the games they’ve made, and I hope they go on to explore more of these kinds of experience.

I really liked the style and presentation of this game. The grimy textures, hovering insects, the witch’s dialogue. My favourite part is the autopsy menu, the poor-quality static image of the corpse alongside that piece of music was immaculate. I’d honestly be interested in a game where that component was the entire domain. The body horror and transformation stuff was really cool too, though I think it’s kind of a shame we don’t get to witness as much of the final stage of transformation. I enjoyed playing this game. I hope you got what you wanted from making it, and that you keep finding inspiration with your future projects. <3
