that is really nice. especially for doing this in two days! i think switching the element could be better placed (because your fingers have to leave WASD). how about mouse wheel?

this is a great asset, thank you!
two things i want to mention (not super important though).
- the font you are using here makes it look like that it is priced 8 Dollars :D
- as these are meant to be placed on a floor in my opinion it would make sense to have them a aligned to the floor of the grid (at the moment each machine is centered to its tile)
The text can be changed but people make screenshots all the time and itch has probably versions saved including IP addresses.
ChatGPT says: Even if the competition is private, failing to deliver on a promised monetary prize could still be considered a breach of contract or fraud, depending on the specific circumstances. If the amount of the prize is relatively small, you may be able to file a lawsuit in small claims court. This is a less formal court process that can be more affordable and quicker than a traditional lawsuit.
so I just buried my jam entry. Playroom was much fun to mess with, felt like I was RIGHT THERE but then...NOPE. my scope was tiny and the concept was cute too. Another unfinished project joins the drawer collection!
i am curious to see if there is someone with JavaScript skills who would like to partner up to finish a game post-jam? you would have to get playroom working in playcanvas. I would do art, concept, game mechanics.

So much great feedback coming together here! Thanks for the jam. If anyone has a little time for my game I would appreciate that a lot. Just having 5 ratings at the moment. I just recently did add a lot of story elements to it. Playthrough takes about 5 minutes: https://itch.io/jam/feedback-quest-4/rate/2057384
Many good points, thank you!
You are absolutely right about the music. The current music is just a placeholder - in fact, I forgot that I had music in the project :)
Then also very good observation with the pitch mechanics. I need to separate better if you aim at near or far targets.
It would be great if you could test the next versions. I will reach out to you when there is an update.
Greetings
Daniel
