tysm for your comment, and the rooms is always same :D Only the objectives change, the locations of the stones/torches and new monsters are added—that's it :D

tysm for your comment!

It's fun to play and the concept is great. It really turned out to be a very cute game!

Thanks a lot for your comment! First of all, yes, the idea to use only stone for the buttons was mine; using torches as well would have made it too simple.

Also, once you pick up a torch, its timer keeps running—and eventually runs out—even if you drop it on the ground; that was a deliberate design choice :D

Finally, since the main goal is to stay alive and every round is so short (1 to 4 mins), I dont want to provide an immediate explanation for every monster; if you do get killed by one, the game tells you exactly which monster got you and offers a tip on how to avoid it or survive.

As for the controls, I built this game so fast and don't really see a long-term future for it, so I likely won't be releasing any updates. I'm currently working on a new, large-scale online HTML5 project, so I don't have much spare time. That said, if the game becomes even a little popular, I might expand on it significantly. Thanks so much for playing! <3

thank you so much, i know its not super fun but this is my first html5 game and I just had to start somewhere :D

The game is really charming and well-crafted; it looks fantastic visually, too! Even though I don't personally love this genre, you've done a great job!

Thanks a lot for your comment! I intentionally kept the first entity simple so the player wouldn't get frustrated and quit right at the first level :D The real challenge comes in the final levels, where all the monsters are present and the character has to complete the objectives without dying—because if you die on level 9, you get sent all the way back to the start of the game :D

I created this HTML5 game in a very short time; my goal was to see what I could and couldn't achieve, and to see how different HTML5 is from Windows programming. Thanks to this game, I am now developing a co-op horror game in HTML5!

Yes, I was certainly inspired by that game; however, while that game featured a single monster with changing states, this game has multiple monsters, each with its own unique, variable mechanic. I simply wanted to create something like this because I really enjoyed that game, and it was also a great experience for me as my first HTML game.

This game is really fun. finished it.

Thank you! I thought of some ways to dodge the boss skills, but I didn't have time to add them :( Because of the limited time, I couldn't add many mechanics, I hope you enjoyed it <3

Because I had very limited time, I started making the game even before I fully conceived the idea. The idea gradually took shape and this simple game emerged :D I hope you enjoyed <3

tysm for your feedback!, i have a lot of ideas in my mind but i was have limited time (6 hours) so this is what all i can make :D maybe ill improve game after jam idk..
