Erm what do i do after i finish the story?

are we ever gonna be able to still progress relationships with the girls even though their story is finished? what i mean is take ebiko for example i finished her story but only got her to lover will it be possible to progress the relationship to soulmate in the future? since id rather not revert back to save where i dont have anything
