You have to use the scroll wheel on them, should've written it somewhere.  Thx for playing!

Nice visuals you got there! My only suggestion is to make the default language english as some people may not even understand the settings thus they are not able to change the language (I guess the same thing happens for people only speaking spanish if you were to change that but I believe english is more widely known (maybe I'm wrong idk). Otherwise this is a solid entry. Good job!

I enjoyed it! The game really picks up difficulty in the last couple levels and the story is interesting and well written.

You loaded the gun right? So it could be that the first bot shot the light and the second one took the risk and shot himself, shooting from an empty chamber (it was emptied bc the first bot shot a round) giving him the ability to load a blank and claiming he added a live, so from your perspective it looks like nothing happened. This is the only logical solution I can think of rn. Either that's the case or you've found a bug. Thx for letting me know tho!

Such a cool game, just hoping we don't end up like this someday. Love how the screen gets more filled with things you unlock, really immersive! Very well done!

It really felt like a totally normal day at work not gonna lie :) The gameplay loop was intriguing and I see you worked on the game hard. Well done!

This game is so cool. Not giving the player all the information is also a great idea! It makes it way harder and you actually have to think about your responses.

Your game seems easy at first but then it picks up difficulty and I love it. Sometimes there are multiple options to choose from so it's a little gamble, but I don't hate it, it really adds that feeling of uncertainty.

Great idea! There are too few notes in the further rooms and in the first rooms the door with the highest amount of notes is usually the correct one, but hey that's not your fault and I honestly think I would never come up with such a good idea, so well done!

I had fun, but the questions didn't help that much, only in some specific scenarios making the game extremely hard. The artstyle was beautiful tho! For your first game, this is great!

When I tried to follow the rules you stated, the game was pretty fun. Great submission!

I didn't manage to beat your highscore, but I had fun! I just don't see the connection with the theme that much, but maybe that's just me.

Hi, I played it and it was great! Creative approach!

The doppelganger was a little bit hard to spot, but I got him eventually. I wish the constant beeping wasn't there, but I can always just turn the volume down. Overall, a great entry!

I still can't believe you pulled this off in 3 days! It is so polished. Hope you enjoyed Gamescom!

This game is so unique and yes I did lie to them thinking they are gonna betray me. My bad I guess :)

Hi, I played your game and it is good, but I found a bug, I believe. I was talking with an animal and then it switched to the next day bc it was late and I was just stuck with the animal (it died that night btw) on the screen and I could not do anything with it. I like the graphics a lot tho!

The plot is amazing! Man, that twist was just unexpected! Well done!

Ooooh I understand now, thx for rewording it. Thru my playtesting, I haven't really had issues with the opponents killing themselves too often, maybe you just had good(/bad) luck, bc the opponents have different aggresion levels each time they get spawned in and that determines how much they're likely to shoot themselves (of course based on what they think is in the barrel), maybe I'll add a modifier into the settings after the jam so each player could change the opponents behaviour to his liking.

Also I do believe that shooting a blank at the light just removes some points (sometimes all of them), here's how it works:

Imagine this, you have 2.5x mult and 5 points. You shoot the light. Unfortunately it's a blank. You lose 0.1 mult and you lose a point * mult, rounded down. That means you're left with 3 points: 5 - floor(2.4) = 3

We really tried making the game fair, so you could not abuse one action, but nothing's perfect. Thx for the feedback! People like you help me push my games to perfection!

So hard... but not in a bad way! Maybe next time add sound effects, I think they make such a big difference. Other than that, great job!

Thx for the feedback! I'm glad you posted it! I'm just a little confused, bc shooting the light with a live doesn't add mult, it does nothing. You gain mult only from speaking the truth or the death of your opponents. Also it doesn't set your points to zero - it removes the current mult from your points. Maybe I understood your feedback poorly as my english is not the greatest, maybe you meant something else? Could you rephrase the feedback a little so I could catch on a little better? I would appreciate that so much!

This game is so hilarious, also the artstyle is phenomenal! A very good idea. I like how you added an actual functional discord link :) Makes it so much more immersive!

The game is so polished! Very addictive gameplay loop and great artstyle. Good job!

I like how you can overheat. I think this neatly replaces ammo count or something similar. The music stopped after some time, not really sure what causes that, maybe doublecheck if it's on loop. Otherwise, well done!

Oh I didn't know about this bug, could you provide more info? Maybe who loaded the gun or what actions did the opponents perform? I would love to fix this if possible.

Thx for the feedback!

Thanks! We are using the VCR OSD Mono. Here's a link: https://www.dafont.com/vcr-osd-mono.font?text=0123456789

Great game! Haven't seen any bugs, seems well polished despite the limited time!

I liked the game! It was fun! I found a bug tho. I threw the grounding cube in the tesla tower level behind the tower so it wasn't attracting it anymore, softlocking myself. Adding a restart button for each level would greatly improve the UX, but I understand with the limited time, this was probably out of your reach. Otherwise a well made game!

Yeah, the tutorial is a little bit scuffed, lot of reading. Thx for playing!

I'm aware of this issue, It's there to fix a bigger problem I didn't have time to fix . Maybe I'll fix it after the jam. Thx for the feedback tho!

Hi!! You can check out our submission. I will definitely look at yours!

Hello there,

I will be rating entries and I will prioritize the games with links commented below!  I will also try to give a honest feedback to the entries.

I would be happy if you rated our submission in the process, it is a russian roulette styled game where you lie to your opponents:

Have a great day!

I would be glad if you checked my game! It is a russian roulette styled game: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4943499 I hope you'll enjoy!

Here is my entry: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4943499

I see this as an opportunity to improve my games in the future so thx a lot for doing this!

The music was working when I played it, but I think I know why you had the issue, I forgot to set one thing in Godot, will look into it once the jam is over. Thx for the feedback!

Thank you so much! I do agree scrolling while holding the left mouse button is a stretch, but hey, maybe I'll add custom key mapping in the future. Resetting the page data will bring the tutorial back btw, but I'll add a tutorial button to the menu after the rating period.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I'm only now realizing a blank and an empty chamber are basically the same thing and the bars don't count for that. Thx for suggesting the change. I will try to alter the bars a little bit, but the code is a real mess not gonna lie:).

We were struggling to come up with something original,  eventually we did, but it took like 6 hours. We often brainstormed an idea but while we were trying to come up with game mechanics we noticed the idea is not that well connected with the theme. Well I'm glad we eventually settled down with something.

Thank you so much for the feedback. The tutorial isn't perfect, our playtesters were confused too at first, but I really don't know how to fix this issue. Do you perhaps have any suggestions on how to make the concepts easier to understand? How can we improve the tutorial?
