Had a blast with this jam. Learned a ton with the little game I made.
Thank you for hosting!

I believe I found it. It's the RAM Jam channel, yeah?

What is the YouTube channel I can go to so I can watch this and following jam's submissions?

I agree with this. Had a blast learning new mechanics.

Wow, I never knew about ChipTone. Thank you for that, I may just end up using it in the future lol

I didn't realize I am such a fan of puzzle platformers - or whatever the genre of a game like this would be lol
Nice work.

?

I had to force myself to stop playing.
You made a genuinely very fun game. I'm a huge fan of tycoon, idle, number-go-up games.
Nice work!

I appreciate that.
Likewise!

I love that. You and I are similar in that I also want to work on 2D games. I've loved working with pixel art for years, and now that I'm learning game dev skills, it feels so good to see my little silly ideas come to life.
I recently picked up a Godot bundle course from Humble Bundle that has a TON of information. I'm not nearly any near completed lol. My friend, who told me about the Humble Bundle and Game Jams on Itch.io, and I joined our first game jam last weekend and I decided to join another this weekend.
I also watch some videos on certain things that aren't covered in the courses.

I guess if you are gonna use AI, that is one of the better ways to do so lol

That's awesome. Where have you been learning, are you taking courses?
Are you diving into the deep end and looking things up as you need them?

I'd love to know how others are learning lol

I'm glad you managed to submit it.  I hope I come across yours soon!

I started learning Godot about 5 weeks ago, maybe 6, and joined my first jam last weekend.
I am really happy that there seem to be plenty of beginner friendly game jams like this one.

Thank you to the hosts.

I'm really looking forward to playing as many, if not all, of the games y'all submit!

It took a second to figure out I have to put the item I have in my hand back where I got it, but once I understood, I started having fun with this.
Nice work lol

I love this.

You made the act of collecting the chairfruits so satisfying lol
Wildly impressive for 10 hours of work.

Making the box breaking, and the random items that spawn from it was surprisingly tricky. I learned a ton making this, and I'm so glad people are able to have fun with it.

Thank you for playing my little duct taped game lol

I'm glad the punching feels good. I had a lot of fun learning how to make it work, and to have the hitbox flip with the player.

Thank you!

I'm glad you had fun with my little game!

I appreciate you taking the time.

A nice simple survivor-like. Great work!

Mashing minigames will always be fun -
Also, I love the art lol

This was a nice surprise!
You did a great job with the feedback from hitting things, the slight screen shake adds so much.
Lovely and simple art. Nice work!

As soon as the music started I was hooked. I love Rhythm Heaven and this game made me feel as if I was playing it.

Beautiful work!

I love how Rhythm heaven coded this is.

Fantastic job with the art, music, and just absolutely nailing this!

I love the "meow" rendition of Bella Ciao lol!
Such a simple and clean game. Great art style, great music, great game!

This was the first game I played for this jam, before the rating opened up.
I really think this is such a cool idea, of swapping layers mid-jump. The mechanic reminded me of the Mario Bros. ON/OFF switches that swap blocks from red to blue.
When I got the the hell portion, I kept struggling to survive. Turns out you can just hug the left corner lol!
Fun and simple. Fantastic work!

I love this. This was so cute.
I love the idea of a frog getting ready for a date and they're just frantically running around their little apartment trying to catch flied for breakfast and putting on little pants.
Also, not paying the water bill is hilarious.

Great submission, lovely game!

What a fun and simple little checklist game. Great work!

Semantic, my friend! The game is silly and nutty!
Great work!

You did WHAT?!

When you need to climb on to the little building and drop (I assumed I needed you drop) onto the tuk-tuk. There was a small protruding collider that prevented me from walking off, onto the tuk-tuk.

Thank you for appreciating the art!

Doing the traditional art was something I was convinced, for a day or so, would be an awful choice because of the time required to draw it all - mistakes and everything.

One of the screenshots shows almost all the pages used for it, and I couldn't even implement like 60% of them 😔

Up until sunday afternoon, the game was completely silent. So hearing that the sounds were good is very nice to know.

I was hoping that the satisfaction of breaking the crates, alone, would be enough to carry the game.

Thank you for giving it a go!

I'm glad you liked it! I wanted that to be the focus of the game. The scripting for the crates and spawning the junk from a pool of items and at random sizes was a challenge lol

I spent SO much time fighting the tic-tac-toe bot for stalemates. Also fish are good :)
Very silly, very fun, very many 5 stars for you

I agree with what everyone is saying. They art style is very nice, I like how straightforward the gameplay is.
It's a cool spin on the katamari series - in my head at least lol

This was a funny idea. The art has a Dr. Seuss vibe to it, which I really enjoy.

Fun and simple. Any game that has speed as stat is a good game in my book.
Immediately maxed that out ASAP and just zipped around lol

I see speed, I max speed. I'm a simple man.

Really fun game lol

I love it when games have unlocks like this.
The music fits the hectic movement, the art is very cute but still fits in overall nonsensical vibe.
This is without a doubt, a silly little game!

I did not expect to have so much fun with this. Trying to beat my last run over and over - you really made a fun game with great replay ability
Excellent work!
