For some reason I cant upgrade my skills, and theres no real way to get fame up and staying relevant on instagram and twitter is hard to and I cant organically get my fame up It's always at 0.

It keeps sending me to the menu where I have to create a new character. I dont know if its because im using bluestacks emulator or what, since this isn't on my main device which is Iphone, and also when im jailed prison sentance isnt decreasing as time goes on and the "Serve sentance" button is faded out.
