Hi there. We have one layout guy and he has had some issues with time on the project. As we're a non-profit we had to wait to make some money on the sales before we can think about hiring a freelance layout person. We're going through that process at the moment. I'll update you when I know what the outcome is.

Yes. We went through the whole book again and tried to remove any errors we found or had reported which took longer than anticipated. It then went to the original author for approval who is also the layout person. Unfortunately he moved house and has only recently got his office back up to speed and spare time to donate back to this non profit organisation. We have also had a document management expert join us so have been making changes based on his recommendations. So yes, it is coming out, we hope around Christmas. Sorry for the long answer!
