forget about it, just go to the elevator use the laser eyes to shoot the targets and when your in there just do that thing where you drop threw for floor i thinks it's up down or something and then boom 

so i killed the weird lake lady and got her heart right and then i wen't up there to the scientist to give her the heart so i can get my laser eyes..but then when i go up there to get the laser eyes she keeps saying ''glad your back go set the heart down on the table''? also rob or bobs shop doesn't work
