These can be used royalty-free with no need for attribution to me if they are used in the development of in video games, but I don't authorize these for use in non-videogame projects.
No particular license because (AFAIK) even creative commons licenses require Attribution and I don't care about that. But if you need a specific license listed, consider them CC BY
