Sorry to break it to you, but if you click the save icon next to the filter name, it exports it to the program's folder.
You can also first make a collection and then add the filters there, and toggle/save/share the collection as a whole

Here's is your config exported btw https://files.catbox.moe/f3lk14.collection, rename it to something recognizable, drop into \Hotscreen\custom_ressources\collections, and add it from the custom collections menu
