1920x1080 but I have windows in 150% ease of access because my monitor lies about its native resolution, and I get kerning issues otherwise. With windows normal it works right so it might just be a me problem.

So the menu is off the side of the screen in full screen mode.

Click the pendulum. Best while in the middle. New things to do open up as you do things right. Mouse turns green when clicking will do something. 

I think each enemy has its own recon exp bar. When it fills past the tic mark you get that bonus for that wave. 

itch.io's stupid user info thing in the top right covers the buttons to make them unusable.  It does this on a bunch of pages. Paste this in your url bar and hit enter.

Hard reset makes the game unplayable because you can't get the first achievement again.
