I believe so. Nobara is at 3, maki is ready for 2. Qnd both affections and scenes are completed but the mission is still locked

i have done all quests and maxxed the affection of both characters but the "gojos thoughts" quest is still locked. Am i supposed to do something else or is it bugged?
