Okay, I think I have gotten everything in the game at this point, but never learned how to go outside like in the screenshot there, any clues or anything?

The game is a lot of fun, but tbh, the quality of the game drastically drops after the first town. Also the poor English drags me out of it a lot of the time, a Beta reader would go a long way
