your right in some places, only, quest rift, meta quest 3 and standalone pc VR can run files other than apk files 馃槉
I figured it out, you have to go on itch.io on ur pc/laptop install the file, plug ur vr into ur pc with a usbc cord, use quest link, then open the file 馃榿! hope this helps!
