Yes it does support exactly that. Go to the Modpack Guides section of the main menu and it explains how to do it.

Hey guys I am also using a Focusrite with a SM-5S and also had such bad input lag the game was unplayable. I switched to a USB lapel mic I had lying around and the game instantly became playable, I think unfortunately the Focusrite just adds too much input latency for a game like this sadly! One way to help resolve it would be for the dev to add a latency adjustment slider so you can push the samples of your recording back in time by a fixed quantity if you know you have input latency. Rhythm games often have an input latency adjustment tutorial for things like this.

Nice game I do enjoy the mechanics but tutorial is a bit slow to get going. Interested in a full release :)

Sublime game! This is absolutely perfect game design!

I'm here from TT and excited to try the game later. Looks like a passionate team!

Updated to fix the bug you found :)

Oh nooo I'm really sorry! looks like one of the codes was wrong, we rushed some of that last minute, I thought I had double checked it all. I'll try and upload a fixed version at some point this week if I get a chance. Thanks for making a video though that's really cool! Appreciate your time :D

Any other ideas for improvements we'd be interested to hear your thoughts :)
