I really love this game! The bar release mechanic has a really good animation that gives it a nice weight with the subtle screen shake. I also like the way the blue stars fall from the sky with a funky angle - it's a creative use of stars as pickups! :)

Thank you so much!! I put so much damn work into this project, and your feedback means it was all worth it! I'm really glad you enjoyed playing :)

I would die for Snowy the Snowman. I love him so much. All of the art you did elevates the game to a whole new level :D

We were a two person team (programmer and artist) and while i was messing with Godot's AnimationPlayers and learning how SubViewports work, my partner was drawing our collectible monsters! She would draw a basic design on a sticky note, hand it to me, and I'd write a name for the monster on it and send it back.

We were originally gonna ask friends and other jam participants to design monsters for us, but nobody responded fast enough so the only outside design that made it in was the artist's boyfriend's design Francis.

Feely my beloved...

This game is AMAZING. The way it encourages slow, deliberate movement and the pleasant, calming music comes together to make an utterly zen experience. Thank you for making this!

You actually did great on the level design. It was all simple but your game has a really similar charm to VVVVVV. A lot of those gave me a solid nose exhale. ASMR was a highlight.

i discovered a strategy that didn't require rhythm (hitting left and then right click really quickly gives you almost full shield uptime and a laser) but i still loved the idea and how it controlled! incredible interpretation of the jam theme :)
