Did you download onto a computer? If windows, extract files and run the .exe
I'm running on steam deck Proton experimental, but right after getting out of the moving van and heading inside, I just fall through the map. I know on the demo the fix was to spam the menu button or hold a direction, but I'm too early to do that.
