What do you mean by toolbar? Like being able to select any item at all times?
We wanted to make it more challenging by interpreting the optional rule of "your always carrying two things" by making it ONLY two things.

I think you used the scythe to kill the pumpkins. You can only harvest a ripe pumpkin by using the shears. Glad you enjoyed it nonetheless!

I agree that its too short, we were trying to balance the game so that you would have something to do the entire time. Even if we set the timer to 2 min the last 30 sec were sometimes kind of boring with no gnomes

How do I give a cake to a customer? I can pick it up by clicking but then it disappears

Nice job! We have similar mechanics with our games in terms of the pumpkins aging.
