I think Windows 11 must've bugged this in some form. High size files just stop trying to convert when trying to turn them into mp4's or low quality mp4s from what ive seen

I don't know if I'm just unlucky as all hell, but first time playing with the new update and everything seems stacked against me. Had downright unfair chances multiple times.
