Heyy!!! Ok so, I am not really sensitive to gore blood etc but I hope I can help at least a little!!! I haven't finished the game yet, got some hours in , from what I have played,the blood is in pixel, I don't remember encountering any anime / clear drawn gore ( if it makes sense)  .again, the blood is in pixel, basically red stuff everywhere, there is  gore like body injuries etc . I am on chapter 4 currently so I don't know about future encounters. I hope this description is helpful, I think the game is kinda similar to Pocket Mirror  in terms of pixel blood and stuff, so if you have played or seen it before  you can get a vague image . I apologize for my poor description, , I hope this helped , if you have more questions and stuff I can try to help explain things more in depth!!! 

this game is so amazing !! i personally find the story really intriguing and cant wait to play the next part !!! the visuals are gorgeous ,the cutscene/animation parts are so beautiful and unsettling and i GOTTA mention the main menu theme since it rocks so hard holy moly
