You need to check the trash can, go to sus town and buy the space suit (The susand will help you A LOT), go to the dark alley at the drip city and get the crab pitch echievement (Found at the river). DO NOT look for rubies, use the TP3000, go to the dark alley, get ultra instinct or get a job. Now go to the bunker (LRLR) and open the bunker, and then kill morshu, steal his keys and go to the beach (LRRR). Finally, go to the boat, swim along the coast, jump up and swim further, go to the shack and check the hatch.
