I found a bug on the elevator screen. I wonder if this is appropriate/adequate for reporting? Anyhow! It's easy to replicate. Just stand on the upper right platform (to get the purse) and it's insta-death like in some of the earlier vids.
where's Junior? maybe he's behind this...
