Unfortunately it doesn't run -- I'm on an M-series Mac, running the latest Sequoia.

Have you tried Playnite (on PC)? It's a nice way to pull together all the different libraries, including Xbox if you have it (although I don't remember if it handles Amazon games or whether it just registers them as being ones you've downloaded).
