No problem!

Wonderful! I wish the entire crew luck in making something grand that stands up to the hype this game is creating. I'll most definitely give another opinion once the next update has dropped, so it'll be some lucky stars and a honey-loop cereal bowl with chocolate milk inside! (Guilty pleasure).

And another update drops not long after I dropped my essay of a comment about this game!

I'll just give my opinion on this, I love the aggression mechanic. It does make them feel a little more natural instead of having them move on set intervals. It makes them harder to predict... But not too hard.

I actually have a complaint with this update and that's Teddi's new mechanic. I thought the concept of playing keep-away with Teddi using the lure was incredibly fun and the gameplay loop was figuring out how to balance all of these different tasks all at once, but now that she can simply be sent back by closing the doors, it kind of loses all meaning to use the lure at all or even go into the camera's. Security is much more active, but again, it doesn't really matter if you're not using the camera's anyway and she doesn't have a gameover herself. It rids the game of its uniqueness in gameplay and despite the fact that you can still play as if you're on update 0.4.2. The danger of a lurking Teddi and all of the intimidation she carried with her is just gone now.

Another minor complaint I have is that the game feels slightly clunkier. When I'm flicking my mouse over the maintenance panel or the camera button, it would sometimes either not react at all, or it would immediately close it again because I'm flicking my mouse down preemptively to hit an available button. It forces me to slow down which wasn't a problem in 0.4.2 and has actually led towards a couple of deaths with the door characters since I'd try flipping for Teddi to place a lure, hear Catti on my right at the same time, then I'd try to pull down the camera's to reach the door button, but the camera's would flip back up again immediately after. It's a little annoying.

I beat 8/20 mode on 0.4.2 and now I did it again... In a quarter. I won't spoil what you get by beating it, but my point is that the game has become WAY too easy, despite the fact that Hoppi has gained a new ability and everyone moves slightly faster.

Do not fret however! I love everything else about this update. I think the menu looks awesome, I enjoy the little detail of being able to see what camera you're on without having to look at the top-left corner. I liked the new animations! And I've also found another secret character I'm pretty sure. She had crazy eyes while I flipped up the camera. That's literally all I could make out since I was flipping so fast, but it was pretty cool!

I love this game, I think it's still amazing, despite me thinking that the gameplay has gotten significantly worse now with no looming threat. That's all for now! If any of the creators would like to elaborate on the choices made, I'd love to hear it. No rush though of course.

Sometimes, I feel like Mr. 'Frickin' Hippo while making these comments, man...

Edit: WAIT! One more thing. This has nothing to do with any of the things I said before, but as a general question, I've seen a couple of pictures of a certain 'Teddibear' floating around that apparently replaced Security in the select screen for the custom night. She looks like Teddi, but her proportions are somehow even bigger and her color palette is a bit darker. Just wondering, what is that about? Thanks~.

Just beat 8/20 mode on version 0.4.2 and I'm a happy chap. I'm so, SO excited to see where this game is going to be taken from here, especially since the gameplay loop is possibly the most fun FNAF game I've ever played, and that's coming from someone who's played Frickbear's 3... Actually, half of that game is just minesweeper, so fair enough...

I'm going to say that the max mode in this version is around the same difficulty as FNAC 1 custom night '7/20', which isn't that hard honestly. Catti is by far the worst one since she always manages to start sprinting right when you try rebooting a system, which forces you to either wait and do another cycle with Merri and Hoppi, hoping you don't run out of power, or you die. Usually doing another cycle is possible, but you can get unlucky sometimes. If Teddi walks past the glass, before four AM, it's practically game over. It becomes much more difficult to keep her away and you can't feasibly rely on rebooting anything reasonably fast when she just charges your open door like that.

This is getting too long now. My point is, it's a FUCKing awesome game. Thank you very much.

Edit: Right! I forgot to mention another few things. Number one is that Creepi doesn't seem to do anything in this version, even though turning her on says so otherwise. She'll appear in hallways, sometimes behind Bratti and looking at her with the mouse makes her go away, but even if I wanted to, I can't die to her.

The second thing and probably a bit more importantly is that I encountered a figure not of the original eight in the gang in the left hallway. She was white, black and blue with another white figure standing beside her. Though I couldn't make out any more of her since I was hurriedly flipping through the cameras at that time, it would be fun to see if anyone else comes across her. Perhaps I'll try posting a screenshot here in case I find her again, but guaranteed, I'm going to continue playing this game.
