You buy / craft the skeleton. You will unlock the graveyard as a background, then you can switch to that background with any mob.

Purchase her in the shop, there is two shops & you can scroll down in them.

Futa will come in 0.4.0. I cannot speak on pregnancy, oviposition??, cumflation, & larger sizes as I'm unaware. Although we have heavily discussed these on the server & all are possible.

That's the head swap mechanic added for Halloween, it's not a bug at all. It even unlocks a hat.
