Thanks for giving it a try. Much appreciated! I agree a tutorial is a good idea to add in the future, also work needed on the minimap / inventory to better display what you are carrying etc.

On the first spiky_druid that attack me I could choose to attack him, and then he return attacked, after that pressing enter with "fight" highlighted the second time, it didn't do anything. I tried it again after restarting the game,  and the bug didn't repeat, probably just something random that happened the first time. You achieved a lot in a short time considering the world design, fight system, saving and waypoints. Well done!

Game got stuck fighting my first spiky-druid. Is there something I'm missing? Seems like a fun little rpg. Consider doing a 'Flip H' on the player sprite when moving to the left, it looks like the hero is running backwards :)

Is it possible to make it playable in browser or executable? Don't have Gamemaker installed.

Thank for trying it out! I believe I made a mistake in not pre-loading the effects. It seems they always lag the first time they appear. Lesson learned...

Much appreciated thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it.  I wanted to add some code for when a player (or AI mechanic) gets hit by a car to have them get thrown off the course, time ran out and I didn't get to that.

Thanks for giving my game a try! Getting a nice balance between realism and fun was definitely a challenge for me, I needed more experience and time for sure!

Thanks for giving my game a try! When standing in the pits over one of the tool icons (engine, fuel can, toolbox) and pressing spacebar you will pick it up. The corresponding icon in the minimap area will show if the item is picked up by not being grayed out.  I do realise there is a lot of polish required to have a better UI that scales nicely with different screen resolutions etc. Ran out of time for polishing, haha
