its a bunch of little hidden puzzles that have to do with the three different stones with the runes on them if you complete these puzzles it will open a stone gate and you get a pretty good sex scene
So I got all the way to silver and still wasn't able to go else where so it's probably because they just decided not to expand the hunting grounds. Also just click the stairs in the adventurer's guild to access the sleeping quarters
