Is this by chance inspired by the BASIC game "Chase" published by Creative Computing?
You might try copying the .DLL files from the libraries subfolder up to the main folder so that they're next to the .EXE.
I'm confused - what is the difference between the 3 files? Do I need them all, or just one of them?
