The game generates you a special tascks. You need to fulfill them before kidnaping NPC. You can see what you need to do in "Encounters" list, where your NPC is. Guards, engineers and nurses, must have specil collar on them as another user mentioned before me. You can obtain it at the arena, just talk to a anouncer and he will explain everything.

You can, technically. In options of your character (Me)  you need to go to (Gender) and choose whatever you like. Also you will need to change prononciation so game could refer to you correctly. Visual atributes can be changed at the mirror in toilets i think.

Also to be able to get knocked up as male you need to pick "anal womb" or something like that. Sadly, it would be easier to make new character if you dont planning to play with mods. But i recomend to. There are convinient mod loader

You can in a specific scene in a specific quest line of a character that you can encounter in green zone. yoga zone to be correct
