Hi thanks for letting Me know. Could You please tell Me Your phone model? It could help Me with fixing the problem. (On my samsung galaxy s3 everything worked.) Try pressing start button only once. There is an animation that needs to finish after pressing it (buttons are fading out) and when you press it again it just starts the animation from the begining.
