Just spotted the VOD where you play it - will note, there IS more to wandering the town than just the gym - if you say no to going in, you can find a new area. I'm glad to see you play it though, giving me good some good feedback lol
Should also note - you didn't hit the ending of what we've done now. There's a hint in the final log that hints towards what you need to do.
I pretty much immediately got an error saying that libstdc++-6.dll was not found. Do I need to install a .NET runtime or something along those lines for this?
As someone who recently borked their linux kernal: god I wish it where that easy.
This is really cool! I'd say my only issue is the controls in the minigame - arrow keys and mouse aren't the most comfortable to use at the same time. Also, I do wish it was longer - but if I want more you've done a very good job lol
ALSO: removed the reset tool. You can now reset the game simply by opening it 5 times after the final ending. Forgot to add and don't know how to edit devlogs lol
Yeah, to be totally honest we didn't do much testing on the web build - the game was designed to be downloaded, and the web build was more of an afterthought to make it easier for those who may not have much - if any - storage space on their PC's, or bad internet. Still, glad you enjoyed it!
That is THE ending, I can probably say that much without spoiling anything. May add more endings/routes to some kind of expanded version at some point. Thank you!
While definitely a cool idea, I think the game would be work far better if instead of being a pure typing game, you had to learn the commands and decide what you need to use on the fly, rather than just being fed them - Though, with how complicated some of those commands are I don't blame you for not going down that route lol
While I'm definitely NOT the target audience, I can appreciate this for what it is - The art, music and SFX are all perfect, and the writing is solid. I just personally enjoying my fishing games to be a bit more involved lol
This was pretty fun! If I had to complain I'd say the movement speed is a little too slow, but the charming MS paint artstyle and ending really make up for that one issue.
Yeah I'm beginning to realise that might have been too vague - look in the bedroom, if you move the mouse around the screen you'll probably spot what you need
