You're not supposed to have more than 10 fuel. I thought that I had already added that rule, but I can't find it anywhere 😬 

Maybe I also thought that being vague about fuel capacity would work as a difficulty adjustment but anyway, I always played it with a max of 10 fuel.

Each Item can be used once per purchase. It should be possible though to buy more than one Rekonstruktor on a single planet but you must never use the same Rekonstruktor twice.
