There is a fix already in the works for Linux, it should be cleared up relatively soon. Though if I can squeeze in a fix for Windows at the same time that'd be huge

Hey I had a hand in some of the dev work for the hotkeys on Godot, could you let know what specific version of Windows you are on? Have you tried this with as little external devices plugged in (other keyboards, gamepads, tablets, etc, this is a known issue on Linux not so much Windows but doesn't hurt to try)? Have you tried running it in administrator mode as well?
