hi, it's quite tricky, you need to choose 2 following options before:

1. when Dave ask you to leave the home -> choose: "I can’t stop wondering... what would happen if I slipped away tonight."

2. When you peek Rose in bath -> choose "Keep watching, I can't resist that beauty"

Scene 3 will be unlocked after you choose in scene you hear the sound at night: "No... I'm too sleepy. Probably just someone dropping something by accident."

These 2 points are also required in the future when you try to unlock bad ending in corruption route
