Almost all our playtesters had this issue because of bad gamedesign at this point of the game. We will fix it in a later version.
What you have to do:
- try to open the locker for 1 AP
- clear the debris on the toolbox for 1 AP. Open the password dialogue but cancel afterwards
- interact with the staff computer
