Why are the items getting stuck on the mouse whenever I rotate it :'(

Great game! waiting for the full version.
The only question it recognizes is " 911 what is your emergency?", whenever I ask "what is your location?" or any other question, the caller doesn't respond.
It's a great game, however, the language doesn't have an English option
I loooove the game, BUT I really can't make the blended coffee :(
