When using beldum against wild pokemon i cant run away, it keeps saying I'm too frightened even though i am 10 levels above that pokemon, switching to another pokemon fixes it though

Update: It appears all of the settings are auto zeroing and can not be changed

Had to reset my PC due to a ethernet issue, when i came back to the game its locked me into tutorial only and the tutorial wont load, its just a black screen, anybody have a similar issue?
