Is there a way to turn the first turbine back on because if you turn it off (which you do to progress the game) you can never turn it back on again, as far as I can tell. meaning if you didn't go to the junk yard before turning it off, you've soft locked yourself from ever going unless you start a new game. so yeah anyway to get it back on without a new game?
