What everyone usually does is: grab your old save folder (for example the one from v0.3) and paste it in the new game's folder. So you can resume the game just before entering the new content.
And I always leave a save that you can paste in the new version, mainly for the ones that lost their saves.

Hello! Make sure to be on Day 5 and then check the left room inside the cafeteria (in the corridor right before entering Colleen's room), and for the other one, head to the rooftop of the main building (the one that has 3 floors), there should be a cog spinning in the middle of the map to trigger it (must be on Day 5 as well).
The new club was the "Cooking Club" with the Colleen mouth scene (which works as an introduction to the club), maybe I should have been more explicit. In the next update there will be a new event for the members of the Cooking Club :)
Everytime there will be more death scenes for some encounters/events, so the short answer is yes. (But those won't have explicit gore, like internals explodind and that stuff.)
Unfortunately no, since I added some new plugins to the game.
But either way, I left a "Save" folder that comes with the .rar, so just make sure to copy that folder inside the "Experiment 34" folder and you'll be at the beginning of the new content :)
You probably already got it but here goes just in case: When you're trying to find the missing girl make sure to talk with the new gym NPCs, then you'll probably need to head to the shelf where her shoes are to finally end up in the showers.
After completing the mission, you'll automatically head back to your club and then move forward to "Nico's Event", there are some optional scenes for this update which are the Hazel Scene inside the gym, Colleen's event inside the kitchen and Lynn just before entering the room where Nico will "test" you.
Every update will have different interactions with different characters (I usually make content for 4 of the main girls every update), and at the same time I like to do some polls on my patreon asking people what character would like to see next covering a certain fetish, so that way you can participate too :).
Some scenes can take me a lot of time to make ;(, so in that way I'm trying to put all my efforts in making a scene look good instead of having too many events on one update, sorry about that u_u.
About the second part, I always leave a "Save" folder inside the .rar (right beside the game's folder), so that way you can just copy that "Save" folder inside the game's folder and start playing just at the beginning of the content :).
Or in case you want to use your own saves from previous updates, you can just copy your save folder from the last update and paste it in the new game version.
LUL don't worry too much about it, there's always going to be at least one vore scene in every update (some more detailed and worked on than others). But as I always like to say, vore isn't the main fetish of the game, it's much more like a mix of most of the fetishes related with GTS u_u.
To trigger the Colleen event make sure to be on day 4, then head to the cafeteria and look for her in one of the doors that are located at the top, then you should be able to see an event balloon on one of the tables from the kitchen
For this one you just need to copy the "Save" folder from the .rar into the game's folder, that way you can start playing at the start of the new update.

It would be a little weird if there's vore right away (v0.1), so from v0.2 onwards there will be more fatal vore content (you'll have the chance to basically die LOL).
The game will keep this type of content (mix between visual novel and exploration), sometimes it will be much more like a VN or sometimes there will be more gameplay.
