Oooh, yeah, I didn’t give the names of the twins, but the brother (he belongs to my OC), is named Cyrus! I’d have to ask her the meaning of his name. The sister, who’s my OC, is named Cyna. She’s a water/storm goddess, so I wanted her name to sound similar to her brother’s, but also like “sea”.
Also, close! It’s Kazriel owo I chose “Kaz” because I’ve seen so many demonic characters with similar names, and I wanted it to conflict with the “-el” in his name, which is also supposed to be angelic! He’s a very… Interesting man 😂

Actually, some of these words are made up by me! A Necrocite, for example, is just a play on “necro” (meaning death). “Necrosis” is a medical term, which refers to the death of cells or tissues. You’re also spot on with the title! The main word is “Metempsychosis”, which is the belief that after death, you’ll reincarnate as the same species in a different body (the rest being self-explanatory).
Ah, the names! Let’s start with our MC, Lailael. Her name is meant to sound angelic, in a way, since it ends with -el. “Lala” was supposed to imitate singing. As for Theou, I just thought it sounded like a holy name for an older man 😌 Whew, okay, Xia’nefasus- he actually got the “Xia” part from the woman that took care of him, since when he was still small and couldn’t speak, he could only make noises like “sha”. The “nefasus” part was later added by him, which is a play on a Latin word, meaning “wrongful” or “sinful”
Honestly, I didn’t even think of putting this in a Jam, that’s a good idea!! :0 I’ll remember that for when a Jam suitable for this short thing is out ^^ It’s funny you say that because most of Njero’s students think that he’s cold and stoic, too, but he’s just that way when he’s teaching (he can’t help it)! A sequel certainly would entail a nice date with your instructor, for sure 😌
