Is Nathan just hooking up with Uthor and Hank (like friends with benefits) or are they both romantic interests?

Just finished the 0.1.3.0 update and so far, its really good. The writing feels refreshingly natural, Uthor is a compelling character to me (I love his goofy awkwardness), the artsyle is crisp and smooth, the minigame isn't too tedious, the game feels really put together and connected overall. I will say however, it does seem Uthor is putting more effort into being around Nathan than Nathan is with him so far. I guess it does make sense since he is out of his element and extremely horny. It just feels a tiny bit shallow. Nathan is still a really fun character though. I don't want ti make it seem like I hate him. I just wonder future update expand on their dynamic more emotionally. I'm really invested.
