Really cool game! Kudos for the art and effects. The camera movement, colors, and special effects add a lot! One thing that could bring it to the next level is maybe a story connecting it to the jam theme.

Wow, it’s crazy you did this in such a short time! The art is amazing and the mechanics are really cool. I especially liked using the arrow keys as attack!

Creativity on the next level!

Hey, this is my first game jam and first game ever! Will really appreciate if you play it and give me feedback!

Ahh! Got it! Now i made it! (Also nice you have a level selector so went back straight to it :D)

Really creative idea! I really like puzzles and platforms, so the mix worked great for me. Also liked your take on the jam theme!

One thing that might take it to the next level is if the start button didn’t move. That could allow for more complex levels. Though I wonder if it would make the game more generic. Anyway, very good game!

Very impressive for a first submission! The art is very cute, and I really liked the sprite animation for sliding under! very creative!

The debug speed didn’t bother me, I actually liked being able to see it :D

Some possible improvements: the final jump in level 2 is quite difficult (luckily the save point is right there). In level 3, I couldn’t get past the first door.

To bring it to the next level, you could add music and SFX.

Such a creative idea! The room art is very cute, and I really enjoyed how you added story into the game. It worked really well! A cozy cleaning game with dialogue.

To take it to the next level, maybe add more cues for which items can be cleaned. For example, when clicking a tool, you could highlight the items it works on. Without that, it’s a bit hard to tell what you can grab, but not a big issue!

You nailed the art and SFX!

The gameplay was a bit difficult for me. I couldn’t get past the first moving platform, but it still made me want to keep playing :D One thing to bring it to the next level would be a stronger connection to the theme.

Really good job!

The game is very cute, and the control panel is cool. Crashing the planes is oddly satisfying, even if it’s probably not the goal :D

I did find it a bit hard to understand how to play at first, so adding tooltips or a progression where the panel gets more advanced would help a lot. The minigames are fun too!

A level-based mode with increasing difficulty would fit well with the learning curve and also give more objectives.

I really like the art style. Game and menus are very cute.

On the second level, I think I aimed both beams correctly, but the door didn’t open. Not sure if it was me or a bug :D Besides that, it was a fun game for the part I played. Good job!

Very cute art, especially the background. The game felt a bit hard to me — some platforms were quite thin :D — but it was still fun.

To bring it to the next level, maybe add some SFX (like game over) and a small story about who the muffin man is.

Thanks for playing it!

I agree with you, saving points would bring it to another level. It was the next item in my todo list, but didn’t have enough time to start on it! 😆
