I like the concept! I wish this wasn't turned in early and I could have seen a more finished product. Please continue to work on this one and post more progress in the Discord, I'd love to see what you turn it into.

I agree with one of the comments below me. I would have loved to see a synopsis of what the game would have been, had you finished it! Either way, don't let the unfinished project let you down, please continue to work on this one and share it in the discord! Great job :)

I enjoyed your game! I tried to get all the endings, i ended up getting 3. The good ending at the end for playing the right song, the forgotten ending, and the one where i die for trying to immobilize the dragon. I hope that was all of them. This was a short fun experience with its own art style. The concept of a visual novel is a unique idea for this jam. Keep it up!

Thank you for playing! Level 5 is the last and most difficult level we developed. I hope you were able to enjoy the experience. We will continue polishing the game and adding more content in the future so you have more options to progress :)

I'm glad you enjoyed it and noticed all the small details! Thank you for your feedback. You were not the only person to recommend adding hotkeys. Our next version will definitely have that implemented for the buttons..

Thank  you for playing our game!

Didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did haha. Great game! Interesting tidbit. I feel like a lot of entries(including my own) struggled with making their games too difficult. I feel like you mastered the gradual increase of difficulty and balance with your game. I never felt like it was unfair, or throwing me into the deep end. It actually made me play it from start to finish very easily. I did start cheating after level 9 though lol.

Ah okay! Thank you for the transparency. Another thing I thought of that may help. Maybe add a visual que, or sound effect when you successfully press an arrow at the correct or incorrect time? It was difficult to know when I was doing well or bad sometimes. Still a good game, especially for the 2 week time frame :)

I loved playing this game so much. So many right decisions made, but the shining factor is the level design. I was so impressed with how unique each level was to eachother. I was so impressed with both boss fights but specifically the finally boss. This was one that motivated me to really work my creative muscles more for my next Jam. The only critique i can have is that i wish the difficulty creeped more gradually. Maybe even section the levels out by Beginner/Intermediate/Hard.

I will be coming back to play more :)

Got stuck on the second door, but I must say, this is my personal favorite so far! Not sure why but the reflection sound effects scratch a really good itch for me. Also, the level design and the skill needed to get through it are so impressive. I do wish there was a more gradual difficulty increase. I couldn't get past the 2nd door haha, I couldn't find the switch!

Graphics and animations are so good! I am very jealous of your retro artwork. The game is very difficult though, I felt very overwhelmed early on haha. Possibly a more gradual difficulty increase?

Great game, very smartly made and unique concept. Amazing presentation! The difficulty is pretty high(not necessarily a bad thing) and I feel like the reflect ability could use some polishing.

My favorite game so far. RAGE inducing lol. I couldnt figure out how to open the 2nd door though after i got the sword and axe combo.
