Nice little game. Great graphics and nice camera controls.

Brilliantly weird and original! What game jams are all about haha!
Loved the art, especially the tiny wizard on that giant magical hand.
The concept was simple but done well. There were a couple of occasions where I got stuck on the collision but was able to get around them.
The sounds were nice, but a bit harsh when respawning.
Great little story too, and I appreciate you adding a save game feature
Really enjoyed this one.
I like the art, very nice style. Some more animation would have been nice, but looks great.
The SFX are great, loved the damage sounds! Didn't even realise all the sounds were acapella, so fantastic job!
Thought the item picking was a great touch and how the experience changes every time.
The only issue I had was on the odd occasion it felt like I had not option but to hit an obstacle, maybe my error though.
Great work guys!
A great little game. The idea is easy to understand and executed well.
The SFX and music were nice. Loved the retro/hand-painted style!
If anything, I would say adding a slight variation to the archaeologist's speeds would liven it up slightly, as once you get the rhythm they don't stand a chance.
Overall, fantastic submission.
Sorry for the confusion. We sadly ran out of time for testing and now see what we overlooked.
When using the receiver, when the text appears after pressing the red button, use space bar to continue to the next line of dialogue.
This usually leads to a few buttons you can click to ask the lost team what they see. For example, they might be in a forest and see a particular plant.
Once you get the name of the plant/animal you can use the main (central) terminal to search for the name and find it's picture.
Then going to the map terminal (right) switch between map layers (terrain/plants/animals) and try to find the hex that contains the combination said by the team.
Once found, you can then use the gear stick on the left to select a direction (North/South-West/ East etc.) to guide them towards the flag.
Once a direction is selected with the gear stick, return to the receiver to convey your directions.
The team will then move 3 hexs in the direction selected, with a small chance of slight deviation.
Really sorry about the confusion. It's now clear how essential a tutorial would have been.
